Sainsbury’s Cookbook
I worked on an exclusive custom publishing project for Sainsbury’s supermarkets, which included two volumes of full-length cookbooks and a series of smaller titles combining Sainsbury’s recipes and ingredients with Dorling Kindersley’s signature style and content.
In this role, I collaborated directly with senior external stakeholders and consultants at Sainsbury’s, attending brand meetings to ensure alignment with their visual goals. I also organised and commissioned the shoot team, bringing together prop stylists, photographers, and food stylists to shape the visual tone and direction. Additionally, I was responsible for managing the internal creative team and overseeing the project timeline, ensuring delivery from concept to publication.
The final publications were well received, earning positive reviews for both their content and aesthetic presentation.
